Brain Chemistry Can Improve
Had my therapy appt and learned something new. After trauma a person's brain chemistry is changed. I thought my brain chemistry was changed permanently; apparently not! MRI's done by neuro-scientists showed that when a person had negative thoughts, the brain area used showed up as a dark, shadowy tree/branched area. However, when the same subjects thought positive thoughts, the same area showed up as PINK tree/branched areas. Changes in patterns of thought can change the chemistry of the brain. Hope! Hope! I may not have to live with negativity and the effects of trauma forever! God is good!
